Has anyone figured out how to get SalesLogix 7.2 Mail Merge to record and act on printer settings, e.g. print double-sided please?

We can clearly use the Word Menu options in the SalesLogix template editor to tell it we need the output to be double-sided, but it doesn't then seem to act on them at the time of running the merge.
