The week is drawing to a close and if you're like me you are very happy tomorrow is Friday. I'm not complaining, I've had a very productive week, but my brain is tired and needs a few days to recuperate. However, my brain is not too tired to share some good questions we have received.
SalesLogix Mobile is a wonderful tool if you find yourself constantly out of the office with a need for SalesLogix but you don't want to carry around a laptop. If you work in service or support I would bet that you are familiar with Tickets in SalesLogix. Have you ever wondered if there was functionality to be gained by using the Search button in the Tickets detail tab? Today a Good Training member posted a question asking exactly this. I made an attempt to answer the Tickets SpeedSearch question but if anyone else has information to share I encourage you to do so!
