Many companies that use SalesLogix also use KnowledgeSync as a complimentary product for activity monitoring. I want to make sure Good Training members are aware of the release of KnowledgeSync v7 so I've posted the bulletin that was distributed this week, take a look below:

KnowledgeSync v7 Available for Downloading
KnowledgeSync Version 7 - including the new Graphical "Navigator" module and support for Job Streams - is now available for downloading from Vineyardsoft.
You can download KnowledgeSync v7 from:
http://www.vineyardsoft.com/html/download.html
Make sure you specify a valid email address as the installation location and password will be emailed back to you.
Note: as a KnowledgeSync Partner, you must have no overdue invoices (older than 30 days) in order to receive your version 7 NFR license code. If you wish to check to see if you have any overdue invoices, please contact Tricia Cate at cate@vineyardsoft.com.
We suggest that all KnowledgeSync Business Partners download and install version 7 internally before providing this link to clients. You will need a new NFR license code to run version 7, so please send an email to license@vineyardsoft.com to request it. Please include the name(s) of the servers you wish to run your NFR software on.
Version 7 technical questions should be logged with Vineyardsoft's Technical Support department at http://www.vineyardsoft.com/html/email_support.html.

Along with the new version of KnowledgeSync, Vineyardsoft has re-packaged its default EventPaks (pre-configured KnowledgeSync events) for over 50 business applications, including those from Sage Software, Microsoft, Exact Software, and other software vendors. These EventPaks all have names ending with "_v7" - so be sure to download the latest EventPaks as well:

Lastly, once you have familiarized yourself with version 7, you may contact Vineyardsoft on behalf of your KnowledgeSync clients to obtain v7 license codes for them. Please send the client name and KnowledgeSync server name to license@vineyardsoft.com and we will email you the client's v7 license code.

I am happy to say I love my job! Everyday there is a new challenge and something new to learn, it keeps things interesting. I was very happy when we started Good Training because it gave me an opportunity to help people and share knowledge.
Outside of the office I enjoy being active. When weather permits you may catch me riding my bike around the lakes of Minneapolis or hiking in Northern Minnesota. In the winter I get out snowboarding as much as possible and I always try to take a trip to the mountains. I made it out to Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT at the end of February 2008 and it was a fantastic time! Year round I participate in dance and yoga classes to mix things up.
I love watching movies and you could say I may have seen too many. :) I also have a passion for reading - if I find a good book it can consume all of my free time.
